Watch: Robert Lewandowski scores for Poland less than two minutes into quarterfinals

Poland vs. Portugal. Robert Lewandowski vs. Cristiano Ronaldo. Two of the best goal scorers in Europe would be going head to head with a chance to send their nation to the semifinals of Euro 2016.

Despite being two of the best goal scorers in Europe, neither Ronaldo nor Lewandowski have been doing much scoring in this tournament. It was even worse for Lewandowski who led all of Europe in goals during qualification.

Many have been wondering when Lewandowski would finally find the back of the net for Poland, and after making us wait four games, he only made us wait 1:42 into the fifth game for our answer. It’s the second fastest goal in European Championship history.
