Watch: England and Iceland trade goals in first five minutes at EURO 2016

It didn’t take long for fireworks in England’s EURO 2016 round of 16 meeting with underdog Iceland. Just four minutes in Raheem Sterling won England a penalty and Captain Wayne Rooney just snuck it past the Iceland keeper.

It looked like perhaps Iceland’s fairytale tournament was about to crumble but almost right away Iceland responded with a goal of their own. A terrific throw from the far side found it’s way into the box and around some poor defending from England. The ball eventually fell for Ragnar Sigurdsson who put the ball behind Joe Hart.

Iceland has since added another to take a 2-1 lead over the English.
