VIDEO: Bolton “wins” PK to take lead against Liverpool

Bolton and Liverpool were deadlocked for the first 150 minutes at 0-0. Liverpool looked like they were the best team throughout but when you don’t score goals, you invite the other team to get a goal and sneak away with the lead.

In the 59th minute, Bolton won a PK as Zach Clough went to the ground to win the PK. As you can see in the video, Martin Skrtel put his foot out but it doesn’t make contact and Clough went to the ground. Granted, it was close, he didn’t make a big deal of the play and it looked like a legit PK in live action but the replay showed otherwise.
