VIDEOS: Yaya Toure Drills Girl in Face, Aguero Scores Brace in Draw To QPR

Manchester City played QPR to an entertaining 2-2 draw at Loftus Road. The game had everything. Own goals, disallowed goals, brilliant goals and this.

Now, I know I’m a horrible person for laughing a little bit at that but it was pretty funny. I hope the little girl is alright.

QPR was eager to score early and often. Charlie Austin seemed to open the scoring but was clearly offside. Then this happened.

Someone with very good eyesight noticed that Joe Hart took two touches as he took the free kick from the offside call. The ref was correct in that play should be dead and Austin’s goal shouldn’t count. It’s just rare that the person who broke a rule is so enthusiastic admitting his guilt.

Eventually Austin made it 1-0 and QPR had the lead. The one-man show, Sergio Aguero had to take it upon himself to equalize. Aguero did equalize but that goal probably shouldn’t have counted.

Aguero seemed to have taken control of the ball with his arm and that led to the goal. It gets to be a very iffy circumstance because some consider the entire arm for a handball and others only consider the hand and lower arm. To me, this looked like Aguero intentionally used his arm to control the ball. I would probably call a handball there but I’m not the ref and Man City equalized 1-1.

After a Martin Demichelis own goal to put QPR up by a goal again, Aguero once again stepped up to equalize. This time, there was nothing wrong with the goal.

Just simply a great finish from Sergio Aguero. Manchester City is struggling right now but Aguero is the one who is dragging Manchester City, kicking and screaming, to 3rd in the table. He is simply in top form right now and that’s what Manchester City desperately needs right now.

UPDATE: QPR sent the following.

Classy gesture all around. Glad to hear she’s alright and going to enjoy some new gear.
