during the Barclays Premier League match between Leicester City and West Ham United at The King Power Stadium on April 17, 2016 in Leicester, England.

WATCH: Leicester City gets saved by both posts on this West Ham free kick

I have watched soccer since the 90’s and I had never seen someone bounce a shot off of both posts. Now in the past six or so months, I have seen it three times. And just like the Portland Timbers getting saved from a shot like that in the playoffs and winning the MLS Cup last year, perhaps it’s fate Leicester City wins the English Premier League after seeing this from West Ham.

This is just one of those things that defies physics. Everyone would’ve thought that West Ham had no doubt scored that. Now, not only did West Ham not score, but minutes later, Leicester had a great counterattack that started with Kasper Schmeichel and ended with Jamie Vardy in an attack that was largely uncontested to go up 1-0. The dream continues for those guys in blue.
