Manchester City got thrashed last weekend by a game Liverpool. Let’s just say they came out rather ticked off and poor Southampton were the victims of pent up frustration.
After a first half barrage by the home Citizens, the scoreline was 2-0. Southampton knocked in an early goal in the second half to make it 2-1, but it was all just an appetizer for Alexsandar Kolarov’s magic.
Taking a switch from Kevin de Bruyne, Kolarvo calmly took a touch and volleyed his own touch across the goalmouth, through defenders and off the post to seal Man City’s 3-1 victory.
