After conceding the first goal of the game, Tottenham seemed in trouble of losing to Crystal Palace — a team who has gone goal-less in eight hours of play. After Harry Kane scored the equalizer, Spurs seemed to shut off and looked as if they were settling for the draw.
That is until Dele Alli scored what could be the goal of the year so far. Tottenham went up the pitch and were pressuring the Crystal Palace defense and a Kane cross was headed towards Alli.
It was there that Alli juggled the ball, even as a Palace player went in to try and knock the ball away, and turned towards goal; delivering a fantastic shot that beat Palace keeper Wayne Hennessey on his right-hand side.
