WATCH: Liverpool gift allows Ake to score 1st senior goal for Watford

Liverpool had to slot Adam Bogdan in as goalkeeper for the Waford match on Sunday. He was tested early on, and let’s just say it was an epic fail.

As he went to catch a Watford corner kick, Bogdan ended up spilling it in front of himself and right to the foot of Nathan Ake. The Hornets defender did not disappoint and quickly poked the ball across the goal line for the 1-0 lead in just the 3rd minute of action.

It was Ake’s first senior goal for Watford, as the 20-year old defender is on loan to the club from Chelsea this season.
