WATCH: Perez’s strike gives Newcastle full points at Spurs

Tottenham have been unbeatable in EPL action since opening day, and even then it took an own goal for Manchester United to get the 1-0 win. However, all good things come to an end and on Sunday it happened in dramatic fashion.

Spurs went up 1-0 on an Eric Dier header off a corner kick in the first half, but Spurs couldn’t find a second goal and Newcastle began to take over the game. Newcastle drew even and then with stoppage time dwindling down, Perez rewarded a great effort forward from his teammates with a brilliant strike of his own.

It was the final chance of the match and Newcastle leave as the first visiting team to gain a victory at White Hart Lane in EPL action.
