VIDEO: Harry Kane gets hat trick in 5-1 thrashing of Bournemouth

The Manchester Derby may have been a dull, scoreless game, but the goals were flowing like wine at Bournemouth as Tottenham came to visit and won big 5-1 over the home team. The game was headlined by Harry Kane seemingly getting his 2014-15 season groove on and scored a hat trick on the struggling Cherries.

Even though Bournemouth got out of the gate quickly by scoring within a minute, Kane and Tottenham started out minutes later by winning a penalty after getting fouled in the box. Kane also took the penalty and equalized after eight minutes.

Then after goals by Moussa Dembele and Erik Lamela to make it 3-1, Kane came back to head in this pretty impressive header. Well, the header was impressive, but I was way more impressed with Christian Eriksen’s low pass that still got over everybody’s heads to Kane.

Kane’s hat trick was sealed in just the 64th minute being in the right place at the right time. At the corner kick, Toby Alderweireld tried a diving header but was saved. Kane, being a couple yards away from the end line, saw the rebound go right to his foot and the hat trick was accomplished. It’s unknown whether or not Harry Kane is truly back or that this was a one-off performance against a struggling team, but I’m sure Spurs fans love seeing a performance like this regardless.
