WATCH: McCarthy slip allows Roberto Firmino to score equalizer for 10 man Liverpool

Crystal Palace had the 1-0 lead and had the man advantage after James Milner got his second yellow. Then things turned upside down and their goal advantage was evaporated in the cruelest of ways.

Crystal Palace goalkeeper Alex McCarthy slipped on the wet grass as he was trying to clear the ball. The ball fell to a wide open Roberto Firmino, who had the quick reaction to step up and finish to make it a 1-1 game between Liverpool and Crystal Palace.

Palace thought their winless slump was over, they only had three draws in the Premier League since before Christmas. This dry spell of wins looks like it could be extended if they do not get a winner late.
