WATCH: Theo Walcott’s stunning strike puts Arsenal up on Manchester City

32 minutes of sheer tedium in the start of the highly anticipated game of the week between 2nd and 3rd place EPL teams Arsenal and Manchester City was made up in the 33rd minute. Theo Walcott decided to shock everyone at Emirates Stadium by launching a great shot just outside the box and curled over Joe Hart’s stretching body.

Ignore the fact that Manchester City’s defense was about one step above doing absolutely nothing, this was a great goal by Walcott. If Arsenal wins, they will solidly be in 2nd place in the EPL table going into Boxing Day, two points behind Leicester City for the lead. Manchester City will be in 3rd, four points behind Arsenal and six behind Leicester.
