VIDEO: Bob Bradley is “in touch” with the music industry

Here’s what we know. Bob Bradley is manager of Norwegian team Stabaek. Stabaek is currently in the United States because the Norwegian Tippeligaen league is starting up as well and they’re participating in preseason friendlies, like in MLS.

Here’s what we didn’t know. Bob Bradley has his own web show called “Bob’s Corner” and he knows a thing or two about music.

He’s no Dick Clark in American Bandstand but Bradley was somewhat charming as he very awkwardly gave us all his take on music. I almost expected Bradley to go all old fogey and say “The” Dropkick Murphys, but to his credit, he didn’t.

Going off the “rose” theme, for the Rose City of Portland that Stabaek is currently training in, Bradley recommended “Rose Tattoo” by Dropkick Murphys and “Give My Love to Rose” by Johnny Cash. Kind of wished he would also recommend “Kiss from a Rose” by Seal but that’s just me.
