VIDEO: Chelsea leaves it late, gets late winner against Tim Howard’s Everton

Chelsea was dominant against Everton today and lead in almost every stat. The only stat they weren’t winning in was the stat that mattered. Thankfully, due to a Gareth Barry red card, Chelsea struck on the ensuing free kick in the 89th minute. After a deflection and some fortunate position, Chelsea got the game winner and three important, hard fought points.

With the Chelsea win and Manchester City win against Stoke, the standings remain the same. Chelsea is seven up, no pun intended, on Manchester City with 13 games left.
